Eating Too Fast

Eating too fast is one of the most common reasons why a person may be feeling hungry all the time.

When you inhale your food, due to time constraints or otherwise, your brain won’t have enough time to register that you have eaten quite a lot, even though your stomach may be full. When that happens, your appetite remains high and you will continue to feel hungry even though you have just eaten a huge amount.

According to the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, eating at a moderate pace prompts the release of hormones.
