Not Flossing

Most people know that you should brush your teeth twice a day, but what most people don’t know is that flossing your teeth at least once a day is almost as important as brushing.

Flossing serves to remove bacteria left behind from food particles that get lodged in between your teeth and are not removed via brushing. If you don’t get rid of these bacteria, they will start to multiply and cause cavities, which are both uncomfortable and costly to repair. If you want a brilliant smile, remember to add flossing to your daily routine.

It doesn’t take long and will go a long way!
