The 5-Minute A Day Bands Program is designed for golfers who want quick, simple sessions they can do anywhere with minimal setup.
The goal of this program is to have you complete a 5 minute workout, daily. There are 7 different workouts, and by rotating through each, you will be covering all the major muscle groups and movements.
They work perfectly on busy days, before practice, or as an easy way to stay consistent when you don’t have time for a full session.
Bands make it simple to adjust resistance and get a good strength workout done in minimal time. They are also very easy to travel with. These sessions help maintain mobility, strength, and power year-round without any equipment changes or warm-up needed.
