Unfortunately, our feature clashed with the arrival of the “Beast from East”, meaning we were unable to get the last few days worth of newspapers…
If you follow Baking with Granny on Facebook you will have seen the excitement over the fact we recently done a 5-day feature of recipes with the Scottish Daily Mail. Unfortunately, our feature clashed with the arrival of the “Beast from East”, meaning we were unable to get the last few days worth of newspapers locally – a problem which I understand a lot of people had too!
Fear not! The guys at the Scottish Daily Mail didn’t want the effort that myself, the photographer and their editors put into the feature going to waste, so they’ve sent me downloadable files of the last three days of recipes, perfect for printing out so we can all catch up on some baking. Granny already has hers stashed in the kitchen drawer beside the infamous blue book of recipes!
I also want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has gotten in touch with lovely feedback on the feature and a big welcome to those who have now discovered Baking with Granny as a result.
